Depending on funding availability, we are holding two concurrent competitions
in 2007: a competition to fund demonstration of treatment technologies, and
a competition to establish ballast water Research, Development, Testing and
Evaluation (RDTE) facility.

using a keyword search for "ballast".

Technology Demonstration Projects. This competition is similar in form and
purpose to the ballast water grants competitions of previous years. Please note
this IS the corrected version of the FFO.

is for a cooperative agreement to set up and run a ballast water facility.
